We are Damian and Elizabeth, a Polish-American couple living in the United States, and we are excited to share Poland with you! We have traveled around the world and seen many places but find ourselves inspired by our home countries. This is why we’ve decided to introduce the United States to Poland.
Together, we have a diverse background in tourism. Damian successfully ran a travel company showing clients around Iceland and other Nordic destinations. He currently operates a small business organizing private tours for Polish travelers in Alaska and the United States.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Alaska and has spent time traveling and living in many different countries. She has worked guiding youth and adults in backcountry and outdoor experiences as well as with a number of nonprofit organizations locally and around the world.
We presently live in Elizabeth’s hometown of Anchorage, Alaska. We are excited to speak with you and help answer any questions you may have about traveling to Poland.
Our mission is to help create a positive image of Poland around the world
We want to share with people that Poland is a welcoming place to visit that should be on everyone’s travel list. We are here to show you the exciting, vibrant and colorful side of Poland, including breathtaking nature, warm and well-educated people and the hidden and extraordinary places that make you feel like a local.
Why Travel With Us?
We believe that real experiences will take your travels to a new level. Attend a pierogi making (and tasting!) class, a traditional pottery lesson or experience life on a Polish farm. We want to bring your travels to life and provide authentic experiences.
In addition to pictures, we want you to create memories and learn new skills during your time in Poland. We have many ideas and will find something just for you!
It is absolutely essential for us to create tours that are responsible and respectful to local communities and nature. We support quality small restaurants, choose the best boutique accommodation and cooperate with local businesses, including guides. We always try to meet the highest ethical and environmental standards. Read our sustainability statement.
We have the knowledge and experience of guiding in a variety of places. We know guides are a crucial factor in making a trip successful. In every place we visit, we work only with talented, licensed experts who are fluent in English and will not bore you with textbook facts.
It is our goal to show you not only the most popular tourist destinations, but also local spots that are worth writing home about.
We pride ourselves on choosing incredible accommodation. Over the last few years, Poland has gained a number of boutique and unique accommodation options. You will find floating lake houses, farm to table bed and breakfasts and impressive rooms in historic castles.
These are just a few examples of what you will find on our itineraries. We put a lot of effort into this part of your trip and always choose the best places that fit your needs and expectations.
Poland is a country for foodies! There are numerous restaurants in Poland serving up delicious traditional cuisine. These places can be hard to find as they aren't always listed on tourist sites. Let us guide you to high quality restaurants that use fresh ingredients. Prepare your tastebuds for a delicious culinary experience!
We believe the best way to travel is in small groups. We want you to have a real connection with your tour leaders and other local guides you interact with. In exchange, our guides want to know your name and your story.
Small group size allows for more flexibility and a more personalized trip. Some businesses view small groups as serving 20 clients at a time. We don't share this belief.
We understand that Poland might be an exotic destination for you. Don't worry! We are based in the United States so we are here to answer all of the questions you may have. We guarantee that your safety is our highest priority.
We are professionals who are happy to address all of your needs and concerns.
As a first time visitor to Poland, I found it to be absolutely fascinating. I have never visited a country that wore such a complex history on its sleeve. And, unlike so many overcrowded sights in Europe, Poland hides its looming castles and historic landmarks in serene forests and uncrowded city squares. The itinerary that Damian and Elizabeth created allowed us to explore small towns, urban centers and relax on Baltic beaches. They were confident guides throughout the trip and at every stop I felt I was getting and insider's look at Polish life and culture. Without hesitation I would return, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a trip just a little outside of the ordinary.
Damian and Elizabeth showed us the world we all dream about when we close our eyes. Our family will certainly discover many other magical places with you!
I recommend traveling with Damian & Elizabeth! They prepared a great itinerary and I was able to see some incredible places. They can quickly come up with alternative activities in the event of weather conditions. Very nice and cultural, they will definitely remain among good friends and I hope that I will be able to travel with them again soon.
I visited Iceland three times with Damian and fell in love with this place. He is an amazing enthusiast. He loves guiding and can talk about interesting places for hours. He is also great tour operator and a great travel companion. Graceful, kind and rare nowadays - patient and conflict-free. I am excited to visit Alaska with them soon!
Thank you Damian for showing us: - the real beauty of nature and how to appreciate it - the sense of humor and ever lasting adventure, - felling of freedom and exploring unknown, - to make us feel as part of this amazing tour, Thank you!
Poland is truly an amazing country! With a variety of different landscapes on relatively small area, from high mountains, through lakes and forests, to the shore of Baltic Sea, it is a wonferful place to travel to. I've lived here for 30 years of my life, in several cities, I visited a great amount of astonishing places, saw many breathtaking views, enjoyed delicious cuisine and met a lot of wonderful and welcoming people on my way. I wouldn't exchange these experiences for anything in the world. You must come and see it for yourself!
