In the morning we will see some of the lesser known sights of Krakow with a local guide. We will enter into the underground of the Krakow Market Square, which hides over 1000 years of history. You can observe the ancient market stalls that once stood in the city center and see artifacts that were buried in time.
There will be time to wander around the charming streets of Kazimierz, step into local boutiques, talk with artists and learn more about the history of the area including Wawel Castle.
In the afternoon its time to roll up our sleeves - we’re starting a pierogi making class! Pierogi (which you might call Polish Dumplings), are a fantastic addition to any dinner table. In the class, we will work with talented, cheerful English speaking cooks and will use fresh local ingredients. We will also bake braided Challah bread and taste some other local delicacies.
